A real BIG lost !

I've been shocked this morning.

It's hard for me to believe and accept this.

Why so sudden?

A total BIG lost to the organization.

I don't know sir, why you've made your mind to such decision. I really really really want to know, WHY??

I expect at least you are here for a year. Bringing changes, innovation, transformation, reformation, retreat... to be precise, I expect you to bring a new looks for this organization under your leadership. I really hope that to be reality since you're here.

But now I know, that will not gonna happen.

Sir, if it is because of chaotic in the current situation ( I can't say anything regarding the matter, since me myself worried on that too), please do come back and drive us (us??) again when the situation looks comfort to you. Hope..

Ok, I admire you. Your leadership, attitude, spirit, experiences, knowledge,...
